Training and Classes
Semi-Private Training (Unlimited Sessions)
Gives you the camaraderie of a group setting with the attention of a personal trainer.
SB Fit Club
This Boot Camp style group fitness class meets 3 times a week. It incorporates cardio, endurance, and strength training.
We offer both beginners and advanced classes.
Solid for Sport
Our summer coed strength and conditioning program provides sport specific training to elevate high school athletes to their true potential.
Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
