GroupFit is Group Personal Training at it’s best. Try it out to see why it’s our most popular class. During this 45 minute class you will get stronger with Olympic lifts, get faster with cardio Interval Training, all while burning tons of calories.
Classes are limited to 10 participants to ensure everyone gets the attention and instruction they need.
