More Sex, Better Sex

When I’m out with my athlete friends you can’t help but notice how everyone around is checking them out.  Tight muscles and trim waistlines are sexy, you can’t help but look. It’s not just their bodies either, they have the confidence to walk taller and smile more.

Pills Won’t Fix Your Sex Life
ViagraAfter crushing a killer workout testosterone production is up, Endorphins are flowing, muscles look amazing, you feel virile, and energetic. Someone who’s feeling confident and sexy exudes a strong sexual energy that’s contagious.

Think about this; why would anyone want to tear your clothes off when you’re feeling tired and unattractive?  They wouldn’t, and I don’t believe anti-depressants or Viagra is the answer (in most cases). All I’m saying is start exercising and watch everything else fall into place.

Let’s Get Naked
I don’t know if you’ve noticed but this isn’t Miami. In the Northeast it seems like everyone’s hiding in thick sweaters, billowing dresses, and big coats.

One day try wearing tighter jeans or a smaller shirt. Finding the right look might take a few tries but one you do watch out. Tight fitting clothing has a tremendous effect on the opposite sex. Gain the confidence to share your hard work with the world and your Friday nights get pretty interesting.

Marathon Sex
romanceEveryone wants to be good in bed, unfortunately most people just get tired 3 minutes into it.

Runners are great in bed. Their legs don’t get tired and they don’t have to stop because they’re out of breath.

If you want to improve your “Bed Game” I suggest running some sprints at a high school track. Warm up with a mile jog followed by four rounds of 100 meter sprints.

The Rower is also a great machine for conditioning. Mix it up, some days do some 500 Meter Sprints and other days a 2000 Meter row. Lastly Squats, all kinds of squats. Jump Squats, Weighted Squats, Ball Slam Squats. It’s all good. Break your sedentary lifestyle, even if it’s just a few days a week.
